Return & Refund Policy – GoCommerceX.com (Website Services)

At GoCommerceX, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design, development, and related digital services. Since our work involves time, expertise, and custom solutions, our refund policy differs from physical goods.


1. Project Deposits

  • All projects require an upfront deposit to secure your booking and start work.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources and time are allocated to your project.


2. Cancellations

  • If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of your deposit minus any administrative fees.

  • If you cancel after work has started, no refund will be issued for the deposit, but any unused portion of post-deposit payments may be refunded at our discretion.


3. Milestone Payments

  • Payments are structured around project milestones.

  • Once a milestone has been completed and approved, payment for that milestone is non-refundable.


4. Completed Work

  • Due to the nature of digital services, once a project is delivered or marked as completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to communicate concerns during the revision stages.


5. Revisions & Changes

  • Your project includes the number of revisions stated in your package.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra fees. These fees are non-refundable once work begins.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the event that:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed service within the stated timeframe and have not communicated reasonable delays.

  • The service delivered is substantially different from the agreed project scope.
